	Hook- TMC-100 #10 Tail- None Overbody- Black or brown closed cell foam Underbody- Yellow closed cell foam Legs- Olive Superfloss
For 2-3 weeks after the first fall frost the water boatman make their egg laying flights. Fish this fly using a type 4 or 5 sinking line. Cast and start an immediate short (1-2 inch), sharp, jerky retrieve to immitate the boatmans diving action. Fly tied by Brad Beck.
