Bridge Lake is approximately 5 miles long and 2 miles wide, with dephts ranging from very shallow to almost 300 feet deep. It’s irregular shoreline provides many interesting bays and coves.The lake has 26 scattered islands for exploring or secluded picnic. One island is an inland refuge for the Bonaparte gulls while another is home base for bald-headed eagles. You can catch kokanee, lake trout and rainbow.

We offer many year round activities. Lac des Roches is one of the best lakes in south central British Columbia. Located on top of the Nehalliston Plateau at 3,700 feet - paved Hwy 24 “The Fishing Highway” runs east to west connecting Hwy 97 “The Gold Rush Trail” enroute to Alaska and Hwy 5 “The Jasper Connector”. Eagan Lake is 5 km long by 2 km wide and noted for its Kokanee as well as rainbow trout up to six pounds. The location of Eagan Lake places numerous other lakes within a short distance offering a variety of challenging fishing. May through October offer the best lake fishing.

Sheridan Lake is well known for its excellent rainbow trout fishery, that includes many trophy-sized catches. Check the brag boards outside the front office containing names of anglers who have caught five, six and seven pound trout, inside are the records of catches that hit the teens. The record catch weighed 17-pounds and seven ounces.

At Star Lake Resort we offer fantastic fresh water fishing for Kamloops Rainbow Trout, well known for their fierce fighting power and delicate flavour. These fish average in size from one to two pounds. They will strike on a variety of lures and flies. Star Lake is great for fly fishing, trolling, or spin casting.
